Kesher is the Hebrew word for "connection". Kesher Management Associates
is your "connection" or "Kesher" in Israel for all your real estate
management needs.
2. What is VAT?
VAT stands for Value Added Tax and it is Israeli sales tax that is added
on to every sales transaction. The current VAT rate is 17% and is only
refundable for foreign tourists carrying the purchased object out of
Israel. Basically, if you can take it with you, you can get the tax back

2 weeks notice we promise our "best effort" to accommodate your needs.
4. What is included in closing up the apartment?
Closing up the apartment, much like preparing for arrival includes
services specific to your instructions. Typically it means cleaning up,
making sure all appliances are turned off or unplugged, furniture covered,
stripping beds, cleaning out refrigerator, etc. All the things YOU
consider important, we consider important.
5. How do you know you won't forget to check
something on one of the weekly inspections?
We have created a comprehensive checklist that we use for every apartment
inspection, checking off each item for inspection as we go along.
Additionally, each client has the option to add their own special requests
to this list.
6. When someone is brought in to repair
something, or renovate, are they left unattended?
Workers, or anyone brought in to the apartment to fix, clean, renovate
etc. will never be left unattended or given the key to your property.
