• Regular on site inspections occurring at least once a week – A status report of your property will be emailed or faxed to you after each visit
• Local contact for emergencies – We will respond 24/6 to emergencies
• Recommend vendors – We have worked with reliable contractors, plumbers, electricians etc. that speak your language and save you money
• Supervise maintenance – When repairs are needed we will be there the entire time to make sure the job is completed and that your property is not left unattended
• Mail forwarding overseas - Twice a month, or more often by request
• Grocery shopping as needed prior to arrival – Your fridge and shelves will be stocked as well as any catering you wish to order for chag
• Arrange for cleaning services

Assistance in Purchasing an Apartment/Property
• Making contact with real estate agents – We work with a number of reliable real estate agents to ensure a thorough search for your ideal property
• Arrange for apartment viewing based on your preferred schedule during your visit including accompanying you to and from the viewing
• Provide a list of recommended attorneys and banks – We will accompany you at your request
• Provide a list of reliable professionals including plumbers, electricians, appliance repair, carpenters and contractors
• Oversee renovations
• Assist in purchasing furniture and fixtures – We will shop with you for the best quality and deals and help you with the interior design of your house or apartment
• Assist in arranging for delivery of overseas shipments 

Rental Management
• Screen renters (from agents or independent initiative)
• Supervise occupancy and vacating of the apartment
• Oversee collection of rent and forwarding of proceeds
• Regular visits to apartment to assure upkeep
